It was designed for SPORT BIKES. Many of the sport bikes have very large rotors (brake disks), and low profile 17″ wheels. This combination creates a situation where the disks will hit the sides of the traditional higher profile wheel chocks. These low profile chocks can also be used with any motorcycle with a tire 120mm wide or smaller. MOVEMENT – Allows for lateral 2″ adjustment along the e track. Mounting plate can be changed to rear of chock thus allowing a 9″ north/south stagger when 2 wheel chocks are placed side to side.

This will also prevent brake disc contact. The high quality wheel chock is designed to stabilize the front wheel of a motorcycle when transporting on a trailer or a pickup truck. The unique design allows this wheel chock to fit all tire sizes up to140mm (6.0″) wide. If your motorcycle has a 150mm wide tire we recommend a 6.5″ wide wheel chock or a versatile, self supporting, Condor Wheel Chock. They are available in our Amazon store. When using this chock for a narrow tire understand that sidewall clearance means little, your main concern is stopping forward motion. These removable chocks are ideally suited for trailer installation, on either a wood or metal surface and are designed for quick installation and removal. It comes complete with all the necessary hardware and instructions. A nice feature is a one person install. Other style chocks require attaching underneath the floor. Marson’s mounting hardware is installed inside the trailer therefore making TOY HAULER installation a simple task. Most toy haulers are extremely difficult to access underneath because of various obstructions. When mounting a chock onto a pickup truck we prefer to avoid drilling holes in the trucks’ bed. We rather attach the chock to a piece of plywood first (approx. size 4 ft. wide by 20″ deep) and then let the edge of the plywood butt up against the trucks’ bulkhead. If mounting the Marson Chock on a metal floor you will need a metal floor mounting kit. The metal floor kit costs $12.95 when purchased separately, but only $5.00 when purchased with a wheel chock because we credit you for the stock wood floor kit. This textured black powder coated motorcycle wheel chock is engineered and designed to stabilize the front wheel of a motorcycle during transportation. Comes complete with all necessary hardware. Simple installation creates a flush surface, leaving the trailer floor free from obstruction when not in use, yet strong enough to withstand the abuse from above. This 16″ model has a recessed dimension of 7″ wide by 13″ long by 2″ deep, and is designed to fit into trailers with floor beams on 16″ centers. The 16″ Flip Up Chock is also available with an aluminum diamond plate door. A 24″ steel door model is available with recessed dimensions of 7″W x 20″L x 2″D. It is designed for trailers that have the floor beams spaced on 24″ centers. *PLEASE NOTE: When determining utilization of the flip up chocks please be aware of the floor beam location. Make certain you are able to locate the chocks in your desired location. You can straddle the chocks over an existing floor beam, however you will be required to notch the floor beam for proper installation. Please keep in mind that all front rim sizes will rest on the pan (floor) of the 24″ chocks. Only 16″ diameter wheels will rest on the floor of the 16″ chocks. The 19″ and 21″ wheels will work with the 16″ chocks, they just won’t rest on the bottom. Keep in mind that your main concern is stopping forward motion, with that in mind all tire sizes will work with either size chock.
